The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve brings another level of purity and precision. Cassis, ripe blackcurrants, graphite, and sappy tobacco define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, has a nicely balanced, elegant mouthfeel, integrated yet building tannins, and a great finish. Aged 24 months in new French oak, it should evolve nicely over the coming 15 years. Drinking Window 2025-2040.
