Pale pink in the glass, this bottling hits the nose with clean and inviting aromas of chalk and strawberry. The palate is all about the tight texture, which makes a refreshing platform for the subtle flavors of pink fruit and light orange citrus.
Wine Tasting Notes
This blush colored Rosée of Grenache was hand picked in the cool of the night, hand sorted at the winery, and then whole cluster pressed. The wine settled and cooled overnight before being transferred into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation and aging. The wine remained in the neutral oak barrels for seven months, adding balance and complexity to the wine. This Rose opens up with aromas of freshly cut strawberry, juicy watermelon, and guava, with a hint of fresh grapefruit. The rich, soft, exotic flavors are beautifully balanced with the fresh natural acidity and boast a long, juicy finish.
