Product DescriptionJames Suckling Review
Aromas of ripe berries and plums with some flowers and nutmeg follow through to a full body with round tannins and a juicy finish. Slightly chewy, but friendly and succulent. Excellent 2017, despite the dry growing season. Better in a year or two.
Wine Tasting Notes
Brunello is a wine of great finesse and elegance. Complex and rich on the nose, where notes of small red fruit are immediately perceived, with hints of aromatic herbs, including thyme and bay leaf. In the mouth it is fruity, with notes of plum, the finish has an interesting acid note that gives the wine a remarkable balance, elegance and persistence. A wine destined for the cellar.
