Product DescriptionVinoUS Media Review
Deep violet. Spice-accented blackberry, cherry-vanilla and incense aromas are complicated by hints of candied flowers and cracked pepper. Appealingly sweet and expansive on the palate, offering concentrated red and dark berry, mocha and cola flavors and a strong, spicy overtone. Shows impressive depth as well as energy, finishing with sneaky tannins and an echo of candied flowers and cherry preserves. (By Josh Raynolds on November 2020)
Wine Tasting Notes
Bodegas Ateca Atteca ARMAS Old Vines Garnacha is deep cherry red, with an intense and attractive nose. Ripe fruit, roasted and spicy notes from the barrel with a mineral taste from the slate soil where the vine grows. A complex, fruity, powerful and elegant wine on the palate. Full bodied yet velvety at the same time, with a great presence of fruit. Bold tannins.
