The polished and developed 2017 Lazuli Cabernet Sauvignon is soft and elegant, subtle and minty, varietal, balanced and integrated, quite approachable. It's ripe at 14.5% alcohol, which goes unnoticeable, with fine tannins and a dry finish. 13,460 bottles were filled in June 2019. It matured in 400-liter French oak barrels for 16 months. Drink now-2024.
Wine Tasting Notes
Aquitania Lazuli Maipo Valley Cabernetis a beautiful ruby red color. Elegant nose: black fruits like cassis, black cherry and plum. The palate shows good acidity and balance, ripe and soft tannins, floral and spicy notes with a long finish. Pairs well with BBQ pork ribs, Asian stir-fry and roasted vegetables
