The 2020 Angeli Syrah comes from the oldest own-rooted block planted at Stolpman. Medium to deep garnet in color, it is aromatically intense and detailed, with blackcurrant, blueberry, laurel, tar and violet aromas emerging as it spends time in the glass. The palate balances concentrated, floral fruits with refreshing acidity and supple tannins, and it has a long, violet-laced finish. Drink 2022-2030.
