A youth wine with tangy minerality and savory notes of earth, cassis, anchovies and leaves. The attack is firm, with a solid spine of acidity, a chewy palate and a polished finish that will develop more complexity with bottle aging. From organically grown grapes. Try from 2025.

Wine Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red color. The bouquet exhibits a great balance between the floral notes where the orange peel is well integrated with spiced notes of indian herbs. On the palate it is fresh, complex and persistent. The acidic components are significant and gives the wine a long life in bottle.
