Wine Advocate Review Rated 92 The 2009 Bramare Cabernet Sauvignon Lujan de Cuyo is narrower on the palate in comparison to the Malbec cuvees. Nevertheless, it is a deep, savory, nicely proportioned wine that would be twice as expensive if it said Napa Valley on the label. This velvety-textured Cabernet will evolve for 1-2 years but can be approached now.
Wine Tasting Notes Inky-black garnet hues introduce a densely-textured cabernet sauvignon bursting with black cherry, blackberry and earth aromas. The firmly-structured palate finds cassis, red currant and dried herbs seamlessly woven with notes of tobacco leaf and graphite. Tannins are firm over a long finish accented with balanced acidity. Alcohol 14.4%
