This flowery fragrant Sake with silky, well-balanced smoothness can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Matches dishes with a slightly salty taste or a slightly soy taste. Sauted vegetable, Baby clams steamed in Sake, Japanese pickles, Sashimi, Yakitori (chicken cooked over charcoal, salt flavored or soy sauce flavored). Enjoy this Sake chilled or at room temperature.
