Erdinger Weissbier 'dark' is a specially spicy and flavorsome variety from Erdinger Weissbru. It gets its full-bodied taste from fine 'flavor hops' and dark malt.

The dark wheat beer is brewed according to an age-old recipe. Its fragrant taste also comes partly from the increased amount of original wort; about 13%. Nonetheless, at 5.6%, it doesn't contain much more alcohol than Erdinger Weissbier 'with fine yeast'.
