Wine Tasting Notes
This vintages Pinot Noir exhibits real cool climate Pinot Noir character, where structure is more apparent. The aromas include black cherry, plum pudding fruit and spices wrapped into a blanket of earth and dark chocolate. The flavor has black cherry fruit, and a sort of fruit/earth essence similar to that if you were at the center of a field of wild, summer blackberry bushes. The tannins are soft, and the structure is mineral in nature.
