Product DescriptionDecanter Magazine Review
From purchased grapes, Champs Royaux is an historic mark created in the past by William Fèvre. 5% is fermented in old wood from Bouchard, with the rest in steel. Lovely notes of confit lemon here, very good acidity and minerality. A complex, saline, age-worthy Chablis which will go beautifully with food.
Wine Tasting Notes
Very fresh bouquet with notes of citrus and whitefleshed fruit, with a very slightly oaky finish. Fresh and supple, the William Fevre Champs Royaux Chablis Chardonnay is marked by mineral notes that are typical of the appellation.
