Coyote by Wilson Winery Burning Man Sonoma Red offers aromas of mulberry, eucalyptus, tomato leaf, and white pepper well-constructed with notes of tobacco and blackberry. Lush flavors of sweet bing cherry, raspberry, and herbs paired with a touch of mint make for a complex yet elegant blend. A full-bodied blend that is structured with integrated tannins, balanced acidity and incredible length on the finish. Youthful tannins and acidity make for an age worthy red blend.
Pair with lamb chops, baked potato, and spinach, strawberry, feta, salad.
