The Yellow Tail Chardonnay is a blend of selected parcels of fruit from some of Australia's best Chardonnay growing areas. Using fruit from the Hunter Valley, Cowra and Riverina we have created a wine with incredible freshness and character. This wine exhibits citrus and honeydew flavors further complexed by creamy French oak aromas. The palate is soft yet fresh with balanced acidity and a soft creamy finish. This wine will develop well over the next few years.
