A medium-bodied Riesling, structured with firm acidity and closely knit flavors of lemon peel, Granny Smith apple, lemongrass and stone. Shows good intensity, but in a well-honed package, with a lingering, smoky finish. Needs time in the cellar. Drink now through 2030.

Our Riesling Reserve is a full, rich, complex wine that can also be kept longer. It shows great finesse. It is the limestone soil of Riesling which gives this unique Riesling its complexity and harmony. Riesling is versatile with fine cuisine. It is a delight throughout the meal, particulary with Alsatian specialities like sauerkraut and coq au Riesling, fine fish and shellfish, it is an elegant complement to white meats and white wine sauces.
