Wine Tasting Notes
Bodega Septima has developed a classic Cabernet Sauvignon that is intense ruby red with a hint of mahogany. This is a highly complex and spicy wine with notes of roast peppers, plums and overtones of fruit jam together with toasty, coffee and vanilla fragrances. This wine has a pleasant, well-rounded front of palate with hints of summer fruit such as cherries and strawberries. This wine has powerful, sweet tannins and an aftertaste of smoky oak. Good length on the palate with a well-structured and agreeable finish.
