Wine Tasting Notes
Dense and intense. Black cherry, blueberry, smoky tobacco and mocha are all part of the complex aromas. This full-bodied red is loaded with dark fruits, leather and baking spice. There is a powerful burst of pomegranate seed followed by dense dark jam and firm chalky tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon from our Central Coast source helped define this blend. We also blended in a healthy amount of petite sirah (12%) and our Dunnigan Hills Syrah (7%) to lengthen the flavors and add depth and concentration. 6% Tempranillo rounded out this blend to add soft tannins and elegance.
