The 2007 Heinrich Shiraz-Mataro-Grenache is a bit more structured. Ripe, succulent, and already complex, it will evolve for 2-3 years and offer prime drinking from 2011 to 2019.

Such flavors and aromas as Christmas pudding, spicy juicy fruit, earthy flavored and perfumed are prevalent in this wine. Certainly one to enjoy with a long slow braise of lamb, venison or beef.
