Wine Tasting Notes
This light straw colored Riesling opens with spicy notes, floral aromas and ripe peach. The balance in its structures opens flavors of apricot, mango and vanilla custard. The palate is left clean yet lightly sweet well representing a great California Riesling. Asian fare will highlight the delicate aromatics and fruity spice of the vintage.
