Golden yellow with bright greenish hues. Rich, intense, fruity. Peach mousse, black figs, rose and vanilla cream. Overtones of hazelnut with a hint of orange blossom honey. The wood is delicate and hidden beneath the fruit fragrances. Soft, strong, extremely warm. Its wonderful balance is held by a powerful streak of acidity. Perfect for cheese ravioli, fish soup and vegetable risotto.
