The 2004 Real Reserva is also 100% Tempranillo that spent 20 months in French oak. Medium purple in color, it proffers an outstanding perfume of mineral, tobacco, Asian spices, and assorted black fruits. Elegant on the palate with excellent depth, grip, and incipient complexity, it has the structure to evolve for another 3-4 years and should see in its 20th birthday in full form.

Wine Tasting Notes
Dark cherry color with maroon tones in the edge. The nose is complex, with the usual dark cherries and plums, complemented by notes of toasted new oak, cigar box, slate, coffee and cocoa. Fine acidity, concentrated and long in the aftertaste.
