Clear with a very faint green straw cast. Aromas of pear cocktail in syrup and honeysuckle follow through on a soft, mellow entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with nicely integrated pear skin and jicama flavors. Finishes with a touch of cashew brittle and chalk. A nicely balance pear flavor for cocktails or on the rocks as an aperitif. (tasted on Dec-17-2008)
