Wine Tasting Notes
An elegant wine, great flowery finesse, with honey suckle orange blossom, jasmine aromas. A wine with great overall structure and acidity. Some new oak wood character. A definite winner in the making to be enjoyed within five to seven years.

Chassagne-Montrachet is located just to the south of Puligny-Montrachet and serves as the last great white wine appellation of the Cte de Beaune. This wine has been selected from one of the best Premier Cru plots of land, namely "Cailleret" where the grapes are exposed to the maximum amount of sunshine to ensure optimum ripeness before the harvest. The wine is fat and full of tropical fruit with a powerful and lingering appeal on the palate.
