Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar Review Rated 91 Pale gold. Waxy, honeyed and minerally on the nose, with vibrant fruit notes of yellow apple, Bosc pear and white peach. Then quite broad on the palate, with a wide range of fruit flavors: Meyer lemon, ruby-red grapefruit, lime and white peach. Very dry and firm on the back end, with a refreshing hit of quinine adding refreshment. The crisp minerality carries impressively through the finish.
Wine Tasting Notes Color is very pale straw with lime green hues. The nose indicates the quality of the wine's style with a combination of lifted floral orange blossom and lime aromas with flinty edges. A wine of good length displaying the typical Riesling flavors of citrus fruits. Featuring a combination of lime and mandarin the palate evolves into a finish of balanced acidity. This clean fresh and crisp style of wine lends itself to be enjoyed with freshly shucked oysters and Asian dishes.
