Wine Tasting Notes
A true, unsweetened Amontillado. A deep, burnished copper color. Nutty, with a hint of wood polish on the nose. On the palate it is tangy but nutty also, lithe and yet fleshy also. There are notes of salt and pepper and burnt wood too. A warming, nutty finish and length.
