Wine Tasting Notes
A bright straw color with green hues, this wine has varietal peach, grapefruit and almond aromas, which follow through on the palate, which is full and rich. Partial malolactic fermentation and time on lees has added buttery overtones and a soft, creamy, mouth-filling texture to the wine. Fresh acidity balances the fullness of the wine and brings a lingering flavor of ripe peaches and grapefruit. This is a complex, unwooded Chardonnay that is a perfect match for a Thai green chicken curry.
