Our Santa Ynez Valley Sauvignon Blanc is rendered in a refreshing, crisp and lean fashion. Though it offers up bold aromas of grapefruit, guava and lime, it is never cloying or heavy-handed. A bright strand of crisp acidity enhances this wine throughout, making it perfect for pairing with a wide array of seafood dishes or aged cheeses served with artisan breads. On its own, served with a slight chill, it is the ideal glass of wine to pour at the end of a long work week.
