Wine Tasting Notes
The most complex nose to date: a veritable spice cupboard, layered with dark bramble and hints of fruit leaves. The palate is a combination of luscious, brambly fruit; very rich and mouthfilling, with copious fine tannin. A second wave of flavors echoes through the structure of the palate: coffee, chocolate and baking spices. The wine finishes with a tingling juiciness robed in silk. An immersion into hedonism!
