Brewery Notes
This 750 ml cork-finished, bottle-conditioned ale is a bit rounder with a longer finish than Scaldis. Beautifully copper colored, large, fine, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is toffee, raisins, vanilla. Yummmm. Scaldis Refermentee is a new creation from Hugues Dubuisson who has breathed new life and creativity to this classic Wallonian Brewery - a family-run operation since 1769.
