Light pink. Vibrant, clean, mineral-laced strawberry and redcurrant aromas, with a note of quinine and a gentle hint of white flowers. Pure and racy, with lively red berry flavors and a suggestion of salty minerals adding complexity and verve. Finishes with impressive precision and excellent length. Lovely.

Wine Tasting Notes
The balance between the dominant Pinot Noir and the smaller percentage of Chardonnay in the Delamotte Rose gives this wine its beautiful pale rose color. The wine has tiny bubbles with strong red fruit aromas and flavors. It is vivacious, supple and round with a hint of acidity. The ideal serving temperature for the Delamotte Rose is between 46.450F. It makes a wonderful aperitif, as well as a good companion to poultry dishes or red fruit desserts.
