Perfectly welcoming and complex up front, with dried raspberry, leather and light herb aromas. Feels stylish, with layering and not much evidence that it's eight years old now. Flavors of berry fruits, earth and integrated oak work well together before a classy, smooth finish. Drink now through 2020.

Deep, cherry red color, with concentrated herbaceous and vanilla aromas. Meaty and rich flavors of cherry, plums and almonds with well-integrated oak, a rich velvety texture and a long, elegant finish. Serve with roasted lamb, beef or pork.
