Wine Tasting Notes
Colby Red is a deep red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Shiraz, Merlot, and Petite Syrah – the five different grape varieties melded together to make a red that's juicy and velvety smooth, with rich fruit flavors and a soft finish. Profits from the wine sales will be going towards the American Heart Association, to St. Jude's Children Hospital (they made Colby's heart valve) and to the UCSF Pediatric Heart Center. And a portion will be put aside for individual causes, to help uninsured families with children who are suffering from heart defects and need vital treatments and procedures.
