Wine Tasting Notes
Brilliant silver straw yellow in color with aromas of ripe apple blossom, ripe pear, a hint of white peach and citrus with roasted oak and vanilla. Its bright with juicy viscosity and rich ripe apple and pear flavors and a long fresh aftertaste. The texture is silky smooth with a creaminess achieved by hand stirring the lees in barrels during the sur lie aging.
