Wine Spectator Review Rated 91 Luxurious and inviting in style, this has toasty, vanillin aromas, compelling and complex fruit flavors, a creamy smooth texture and a lingering finish. Much better than when tasted last year. Drink now.
To the eye A radiant, sustained and very luminous pale golden hue with fine and graceful bubbles.
To the nose A first nose of pastry with notes of cocoa, pralin and fresh almonds, a delicious sensation half-way between richness, voluptuousness and subtlety that recalls tiramisu, candied fruits and French pastry parisbrest with its hazelnut tender cream. Fresh notes of aromatic herbs just picked such as dill or tarragon enhance the pastry impression.
To the mouth A crisp and melting impression suggests the texture and lightness of wafer. The wine reveals itself through the fruity notes of white peaches, fresh almonds and pineapple or tropical candied fruits.
