    A radiant, sustained and very luminous pale golden hue with fine and graceful bubbles.
  • To the nose
    A first nose of pastry with notes of cocoa, pralin and fresh almonds, a delicious sensation half-way between richness, voluptuousness and subtlety that recalls tiramisu, candied fruits and French pastry parisbrest with its hazelnut tender cream. Fresh notes of aromatic herbs just picked such as dill or tarragon enhance the pastry impression.
