Wine Tasting Notes
An intense, deep red color with strong blue shades. Well-ripened fruit. Black cherries, dried plums and licorice aromas blend with hints of vanilla, caramel and toasted notes to create a richly complex bouquet. Full-bodied with a great structure, this wine stands out for its volume and silky mouth-feel. It is complex, boasting smooth, well-rounded tannins that give way to a long and lingering finish. This Malbec can be laid down for 10 years, allowing the concentrated fruit aromas to further evolve to new and exciting levels of intensity. The perfect accompaniment to an Argentine asado (barbecued meats), roast turkey, game and pasta dishes.
