The Saint M Riesling is a refreshing, elegant wine with pure, bright, crisp fruit flavors. It is crafted in a medium-dry style with lower alcohol and lively acidity. It finishes with a touch of minerality that is typical of the region. The wine represents a great value in classic, dry-tasting, food-friendly Riesling from the Pfalz region.
