Rossini Prosecco with Strawberries

Wine Tasting Notes
Rossini is a classic Italian wine cocktail. It was created in the 1960s from a blend of fine Italian sparkling wine and the juice and pulp of crushed strawberries. A surprising aperitif for its unique, fresh strawberry fragrance and initial softness on the palate, balanced by ideal acidity on the finish. Its alcohol content is low. Best kept in the refrigerator and chilled for quarter of an hour in the freezer before serving.
