Wine Tasting Notes
Named after Sparky's scooter racing years, it's the perfect wine to relax with! The first vintage we made was 2006 which was awarded 91 points by The Wine Advocate.
Pairs with:
Light pork dishes such as a grilled, double-cut pork chop with red onion jam. Also great with breaded chicken thighs or schnitzel of any kind, and even goes great with beet salad and a light vinaigrette.
