Only extraordinary vintages bless us with enough botrytis to make this Late Harvest Riesling at our estate in the Santa Ynez Valley. This famed "noble rot" emerges late in the harvest season, intensifying fruit flavor and sugar for the crafting of a luscious, nectar-like wine. The vintage begins with enchanting aromas of honey, orange blossom and dried apricot. A rich, luxurious texture unfolds with flavors of peach, apricot, mango and citrus. A warm sweetness is balanced by firm acidity for a long, clean finish. Enjoy this wine with light desserts, fresh fruit or as a dessert unto itself.
