The Franciacorta Saten has a shining clear yellow color with light golden reflections and a soft and creamy palate. Fresh butter aromas open your senses leading into notes of mature fruit, light spices and yellow flowers. The flavor of the Satn has a pleasant acidity giving a fresh match to the innate softness of the wine. A long persistent finish leaves a pleasant touch of almond on the palate. This creamy, harmonious sparkling wine is ideal with any type of pasta, delicate risottos and fish dishes.
