It has a fragrant intensity pointing out notes of broom and fresh linen yielding aromas of delicate, sweet honey on the final pass. This sparkling wine has a quite stable acidity on the palate and soft fullness in the mouth. The gentle tones of citrus at the finish give a zesty yet light touch making it perfect to drink anytime.
