We are proud to offer this premier release from our showcase Paso Robles winery, as it is a stunning example of how technique and passion can combine to yield a lovely, enticing wine. This traditional Italian varietal, grown in the cool climate of Arroyo Grande Valley, has intense fruity aromas and is superbly balanced. Harvested ripe and fermented cold in stainless steel with no barrel aging, we focused on blossomy fruit and varietal character. Aromas of honeysuckle, melon and kiwi are enhanced by minty overtones. Full-bodied, the finish is crisp, clean and satisfying.
