Appleton Estate V/X Jamaica Rum is a blend of several marks of rum, but the heart of the blend is slowly distilled in small batches in the Company's old copper pot stills. Once distilled, the rums are aged in small oak barrels. Finally the Master Blender combines the rums of the various marks and ages in large vats.
