Wine Tasting Notes
Sangiovese has a knack for absorbing oak during barrel aging. To compensate for that, we age our Sangiovese in neutral French oak to ensure the vibrant fruit flavors aren't overrun. On the nose, this wine displays aromas of cherry, strawberry and plum as well as tea and rose petals. The predominant flavors are red plum and spice. Drink now or cellar this wine for 5 to 8 years.
