Wine Tasting Notes
In this vintage youll find aromas of blackberry pie followed quickly by pleasant toasty aromas of coffee and a slight nuttiness. A hint of violets lays over it all (if you can remove the image of rich vanilla ice cream for that blackberry pie). As you taste you find a wine full of finesse and silky, soft tannins, well balanced with concentrated and complex flavors of red and black cherry fruit. Rich and full of promise, this is a wine that clearly demonstrates why we are Passionately Organic.
