This exquisite blend of five classic red grapes harvested from a handful of choice growers in the Columbia River Valley packs more wallop than King Kong on performance enhancers. Individual parcels of wine were basket pressed into French oak for 14 months after which the final blend was assembled and aged again in barrel for another 14 months.
Wine Tasting Notes
Dark and dense with captivating aromas of black currant, roasted coffee, cedar, and smoke with faint hints of fresh herbs and mint. Once sipped, you'll taste a wine that's powerful, but impressively well poised. Serve with slow cooked pulled pork. grilled Portobello mushrooms, or some cave-aged Gruyere cheese.
46% Cabernet Franc, 31% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon
